Celebrate Mental Health Week – May 7-13, 2012

January 26, 2012

CMHA’s Mental Health Week is an annual national event that takes place during the first week in May to encourage people from all walks of life to learn, talk, reflect and engage with others on all issues relating to mental health.

This year’s Mental Health Week theme is Mental Health for All. Mental Health Week 2012 will focus on key topics that will help the public have a broader understanding of mental health, including: Kids Have Stress Too!; Resiliency: at Home, at School, and at Work; and Mental Health is Everyone’s Concern. Local events and activities are planned in communities across Canada. Find an event near you or plan your own!
