CMHA thanks Great-West Life
CMHA thanks and congratulates the Great-West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace at this year’s Bottom Line Conference.
On February 21, 2017 at the CMHA national annual Bottom Line Conference, CMHA thanked the Great-West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace (the Centre) on the occasion of its 10th anniversary this year, via a video presentation for its dedicated and continued support for CMHA. The video remarked on the Centre being a leading source of free, practical tools and resources designed to help Canadian employers with the prevention, intervention and management of workplace mental health issues.
The Centre’s tools and resources are available on the Centre’s website in English and French to anyone, anywhere, at no cost.
Established in 2007, the Centre has three main objectives:
- Increase knowledge and awareness of workplace psychological health and safety
- Improve the ability to respond to mental health issues at work
- Turn knowledge into action through practical strategies and tools for employers
Great-West Life and the Great-West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace are the National Development Sponsors of CMHA’s Workforce Mental Health Collaborative. CMHA is excited to continue working with the Centre and looks forward to another 10 years of collaboration, innovation and improving mental health for all.
