“Your Education, Your Future: A Guide to College and University for Students with Psychiatric Disabilities” is organized into sections, each focused on particular aspects of the college and university experience. You can go through the sections in order, or just skip to the sections that seem most relevant to you. There is a lot of information here, so don’t try and absorb it all in one sitting. Read a section or two and then come back to it at another time. Talk to friends and family about what you’ve read and any questions you may have. You don’t need to make a decision about anything right away.
