information for youth, including personal stories and peer support
networks.

A Guide to Mental Health – The Compass Strategy, Australia
This guide for youth is easy to navigate and looks
at depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, substance abuse and
other mental health problems. Each section includes facts about
the specific problem, symptoms and types of treatment available.
There is also a personal experiences section with stories from young
people who have dealt with a mental health problem.

Although this site is graphically not very interesting, it does
