What's Happening in 2010
X-Weighted Saint John
On January 9th and 10th 2010, Canadian Mental Health Association Saint John Branch and the Saint John YM-YWCA worked together to bring Paul Plakas of the television show "X-Weighted" to Saint John. Our goal was to raise awareness of the importance of both mental and physical health while at the same time creating awareness of the programs offered by both Canadian Mental Health Association Saint John Branch and the Saint John YM-YWCA.
