  • Mental Health Works – A program of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario, Mental Health Works provides training and resources to help address mental heath issues in the workplace
  • The Centre for Families, Work and Well-Being – A research and educational centre, based at the University of Guelph, which works in matters relevant to individual and family well-being, the interface between work and family, and contextual factors that affect workplace productivity and community supports.
  • Monster.ca – This web site provides employment listings for job seekers, but also provides resources about workplace-related issues
  • The Copernicus Project
    Have you discussed Mental Health at work?  The Copernicus Project enables organizations to better understand and communicate about mental wellness in any workplace. These workshops, developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region, are available in two formats: as a Train-the-Trainer package (available across Canada) or as in-person workshops that can be delivered by CMHA – Calgary Region staff.
